Delivered but Not Received Policy

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery update.
Delivery Proof Provided by Courier May Include:
- OTP confirmation at the time of delivery
- Recipient signature
- Delivery photograph (if available)
- GPS location of delivery
- Courier delivery report
This proof may be treated as valid confirmation of successful delivery unless any issue is established during investigation.
Complaint Window
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement.

- Correct delivery address entered

- Customer unavailable at delivery location
- Repeated false claims identified
