At uniqquejewels, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We encourage you to review our policies carefully to gain a clear understanding of our procedures for cancellations, repairs, returns, and refunds.


Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. A cancellation or modification request may be considered under exceptional circumstances. If the mentioned criteria are matched, please email us on uniqquejewelscustomercare@gmail.com along with a Whatsapp message, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Refund will be processed after deducting the expenses incurred by us like shipping and packaging cost.The refund will be initiated in 5 to 8 business days.


Return Policy

We do not offer returns. However, If you receive your order damaged, defective or incorrect you may be eligible for an exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us through email along with a Whatsapp message within 2 working days of receiving the product and we will make every effort to accommodate your complaint. We will do our best to resolve the issue and arrange an exchange for the product.

please note:We kindly request all customers to record a clear video while unboxing the package and product. This video will serve as valid proof in case of any issues, such as damage, defective, missing items, or discrepancies.
Please ensure the video captures the package in its sealed condition, the unboxing process, and the contents inside. This will help us address your concerns promptly and efficiently.Thank you for your cooperation!

Procedure for Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email us at uniqquejewelscustomercare@gmail.com along with a Whatsapp message within 2 working days of receiving the product with subject "Exchange Required" and we will make every effort to accommodate your complaint. We will do our best to resolve the issue and arrange an exchange for the product. Make sure to include your order number, pictures of the defect, and an unboxing video.

Note: The unboxing video is mandatory. If not provided, your exchange request will not be approved

2. Approval: Once your exchange is received with all details mentioned in point(1) and we will carefully review the information provided, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange either via email, WhatsApp, or both within 7 business days.

3. Processing: You will need to return the product to our address using any courier service. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a thorough review. If it passes all quality checks, we will notify you about your new exchange order either via email, WhatsApp,or both along with all tracking details on your either email, WhatsApp,or both and you will receive new product at your doorstep within 4-5 business days.

Note: The courier charges incurred by you will be reimbursed only to your UPI ID after 2 days you receive your new exchange product . Please share a picture of the courier slip for verification. 

 


Repair Policy

If a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged, uniqquejewels is happy to repair it, allowing you to continue cherishing it. A repair fee will apply. This fee includes both repair and shipping charges.

Please Note: Repairs are dependent on the design of the item. When you submit a request, we will inform you whether the damage can be repaired or not within 5-7 business days. In some cases, where special repairs are required, an additional fee may apply.

Procedure for Repair

Contact Us: Email us at uniqquejewelscustomercare@gmail.com along with a Whatsapp message include your pictures of the defect along with the subject "Repair Required" we will make every effort to accommodate your repair request. We will do our best to resolve and arrange a repair for the product. 

Approval:
Once your repair request is received and reviewed, we will notify you either via email,whatsapp or both regarding the possibility of the repair.

Processing:
If approved, we will notify you of the repair fee either via email, WhatsApp, or both . Upon your agreement, you have to first pay the fee which include repair and shipping charges and then we will proceed with the repair process. You will need to send the product back to our address, and we will complete the repair within 8-12 days after receiving the product.

Note:The courier charges for returning the product back to our address will be borne by you.

Delivery:
Once the repair is complete,we will notify you either via email, WhatsApp, or both and we will send the repaired product back to your address, and you will receive it within 4-6 business days.

Note: Customers can raise a repair request within 3 months of receiving the product. After this period, no repairs will be provided.

 


Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
